We his parents, "Shelvin and Mattie Keaton, would like to invite each of you and your families to come and hear the voice of Matthew Keaton. Over 500 applied across the country, but only 20 were chosen for this 8 week program in New York. Matthew is excited to be among the 20 chosen. He has been singing in school and church since the age of five. Over the past few years, he has been singing with The Blvd Choir in Midtown. Before graduating last year from UTC, he served as the student gospel choir director. Now he is getting ready for Broadway by way of a New York Musical Theatre Program. God has given him a beautiful voice to sing a variety of songs. There will be something to delight all generations as he sings songs from the 1960's through current times.
